Linux 4.9 (amdgpu), Mesa 17~git and LLVM 4~svn and I was able to play a

Although I can't 100% confirm this is the cause just yet, my mother's computer
now seems to crash due to KDE desktop compositing alone. I don't have this

Things are much better now but there is usually a delay in my display waking up

All Hawaii cards should have a TDP switch on the side of the card. Can you flip
the switch when the computer is powered off and do the testing again. You can
google some info about that
