We need to set the NO_EVICT flag on the ghost object or otherwise we are
adding it to the LRU.
When it is added to the LRU we can run into a race between destroying
and evicting it again.

The current recovery code gets a pointer to the task struct and does a
few things all within the rcu_read_lock. This puts constraints on the
types of gfp flags that can be used within the rcu lock. This patch

- a2xx gpu support for apq8060 (hp touchpad) and imx5 (headless
gpu-only mode)
- a2xx gpummu support (a2xx was pre-iommu)

Now that more of the sdm845 bindings are headed upstream this a refresh of
of https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/39308/ to add bindings and nodes
for the GPU/GMU and GPU SMMU for sdm845.
This is based on :

with:
Update the GPU bindings and document the new bindings for the GMU
