It's a constant pattern in the driver to need to use 2 ranges of MMIOs
based on port, phy, pll, etc. When that happens, instead of using
_PICK_EVEN(), _PICK() needs to be used. Using _PICK() is discouraged
due to some reasons like:
1) It increases the code size since the array is declared
Abide by the rules in the top of the header: 2 spaces for bitfield,
prefix offsets with underscore and prefer the use of REG_BIT().

The RTNI field is multiplied by 16 and incremented by 512 before being
used as the minimum number of pixel clock per horizontal line, hence
it is necessary to subtract those 512 bytes from htotal and then divide

For normal connector detect, there's really no point in trying dual mode
detect if the connector is disconnected. We can simplify the detect
sequence by skipping it. Since intel_hdmi_dp_dual_mode_detect() is only

in drm-next.
But it will probably take a while until the revert propagates down into
the drm-misc-next or whatever you uses.
