I disabled async DMA for R700 due to stability issues and hangs. The core
problem hasn't been fixed and will show up once we enable async DMA again.

This also affects FlightGear 3.0. If you set View->Rendering Options->Quality
to 5 then it crashes with a SIGFPE.

I don't see how ((0x << 2) / pitch) can be > 0xfff8, so I'm afraid
this isn't a proper fix but just avoids the problem by accident.
