so nouveau had a few regression introduced, Ben and Maarten
finally tracked down the one that was causing problems on my
MacBookPro, also nvidia gave some info on the an engine we
were using incorrectly, so disable our use of it, and
one regresion with pci hotplug affecting optimus users.

A set of fixes from nouveau and radeon, one reported regression about
reading BIOS roms on certain dual-gpu laptops is fixed (use after free),
along with a s/r black screen fix, and a GPU hang fix.

series, apparantly they did, so the 0xd0 series needs some more work, and

rv730 since I plugged in the 30" monitor and it didn't work, one fix for
the switchy GPU machines getting spammed when radeon shared an irq and
