I tried testing the HyperZ patch, but I ran into some problems. First of
all, my configuration is Xorg 6.8.0 pulled out of CVS on 20/10/2004,
with the HyperZ patch installed (found at the following links :

Problem solved! My mistake - wrong driver being used.
miniglx.conf:
clientDriverName=r200_dri.so (was radeon_dri.so as in distribution file)

No. This should be under /srv/dri.freedesktop.org/snapshots, not
www.freedesktop.org. If it is under www.freedesktop.org, I'll gladly
