The don't crash patch is upstream. That is all we can expect for 2.6.35, as we
don't have a method yet for returning the range reserved by the BIOS to the
kernel.

Chris, I would be very glad and grateful if I could use upcoming 2.6.35 without
patches, after all the bug has now been known for *four* months.
