I have same problem on powermac g4. It is reproduces on nv and nouveau drivers.
Also LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1 doesn't change anything.

I see the same incorrect color for glxgears with nvidia graphics on G5 powerpc.
Same result as on iBookg4 with Radeon 9200.

I see this issue with Blender and glxgears. Everything is blue / purple.
I'm on a PowerPC G5 with a Radeon card with Debian unstable.

the colours wrong as well.
