Hi dri-devel, below is an automatically generated message from a failed snapshot build. Right now only Eric Anholt and myself receive these failure messages. I wonder if it would be useful to send such failure messages to dri-devel so that people can notice and fix build failures quickly. These messages are only generated for failed builds, so they should be rare.
They include 20-line tails of all log files, so the problem is usually immediately obvious. For more information, the complete log files can be obtained via ssh from freedesktop.org:~dri/snapshots/log. I'm considering to copy the last logfiles to ~dri/public_html/snapshots/log so they could be accessed via http://freedesktop.org/~dri/snapshots/log. What do people think? Regards, Felix P.S. BTW, the reason this build failed was a missing element in the PATH variable so Mesa's Makefiles couldn't find makedepend. I fixed this hopefully last issue now so starting from tomorrow snapshot builds should be back, now built from Xorg and Mesa CVS.
