Its the OpenGL hardware accelleration module for some SIS chipset.
It "plugs" into the DRI concept when an application does use OpenGL.

It should have the same version as the rest of your drivers, 
e.g. the kernel module or the 2D display driver.

Get the respective file and copy it to this location.
For the paranoid, restart X11 now.

I am not familiar with the SIS chipsets, its AGP caps
and its overall stability. I cant tell you how useable
that driver is for the misc hardware versions.
