Alan, Have you tried running the clean with the Mirage2 flag specified? I think you *need* to specify that flag, otherwise it defaults to ignoring anything related to mirage 2.
So, I think you'd need to run: mvn clean -Dmirage2.on=true Tim ________________________________ From: dspace-devel@googlegroups.com <dspace-devel@googlegroups.com> on behalf of Alan Orth <alan.o...@gmail.com> Sent: Monday, April 27, 2020 2:45 AM To: DSpace Developers <dspace-devel@googlegroups.com> Subject: [dspace-devel] Maven clean task does not remove Mirage 2 target directory Dear DSpace developers, I've just filed an issue related to the Mirage 2 build process. It seems `mvn clean` does not remove the Mirage 2 target directory, which leads to old and outdated files being copied to the XMLUI themes installation directory. The issue is here: https://jira.lyrasis.org/browse/DS-4492 Affects DSpace 6.x and probably 5.x. I would be grateful if someone who understands the DSpace build system more than me could look at it.
