Hi all, After discussion at the last developers' meeting, the following milestone dates were decided on:
* 14th May - Code freeze: Get your patches in before this date! * 21st May - Release 1.6.1 The period from 14th - 21st will be our last chance to thoroughly test all the code changes we've made up to the 14th. I will email the list with a complete list of changes and links to their relevant JIRA issues to help with testing. Release notes for 1.6.1 are available on the wiki: http://wiki.dspace.org/confluence/display/DSPACE/DSpace+Release+1.6.1+Notes We're satisfied that all major/critical bugs in 1.6.0 will have been resolved with this version, however please don't hesitate to email dspace-devel, leave JIRA comments (and votes) or e-mail me personally if you think we've left an important bug unresolved or a useful contribution uncommitted. You can check issues currently marked for inclusion here: http://jira.dspace.org/jira/browse/DS/fixforversion/10030 - this list will probably shrink as we get nearer to 14th, depending on rate of patch submission.
