Figured it out -- some assumptions in WorkflowCurator.loadTaskConfig that
probably need checking (eg. not testing for number of attributes in the
config reader before trying to read them)
I can work around it by just renaming/removing
[dspace]/config/workflow-curation.xml since that'll cause Workf
