in a test environment we run DSpace 6.3 and Postgresql 11 without any
problems. I think you can give it a try. But spend some time with tests
before you use it in production.

I have configured rest api and sword v2 for dspace and created space and
location in Archivematica for both protocols but on transfer store aip is
failed with 500 internal server error.
