If I'm an anonymous user and I click on the "Title" link, then the search
works fine.

Dear DSpace Team,
I have solved the issue by using MarcEdit tool :
https://marcedit.reeset.net , it does help by picking items where there is
metadata errors and by locating them i am able to allow other repository
harvest our repository without being stopped for that time.
