Based on the error, it sounds to me like PM2 is automatically restarting
anytime a process goes over the " --max-memory-restart" value. This is a
flag that can be used to tell PM2 to automatically restart anytime memory
usage increases. You may want to look more at setting that flag

I'm using DSpace version 6.3 which I integrate with Google Analytics.
Initially, when Google Analytics was using the Universal Analytics (UA)
dpsace version, I was still able to detect the data stream. now Google
Analytics is Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data stream is not detected in my
