Have you copied the solr webapp from the DSpace installation directory to
the Apache Tomcat Webapp folder like JSPUI app?

First, I submitted few articles manually. Then I exported those(article
collection) into CSV, modified that CSV to add new articles as per the
requirement of DSpace CRIS, and then imported that updated CSV.
