Hi, DSpace doesn't have a feature called "audit trail" out of the box. So, it's unclear what you are asking about.
But, DSpace currently doesn't have any way to show the audit trail of every access/download/view/edit of content. The closest you could get to that is using some sort of log analysis tool on the dspace.log files. But, there's no way to display that in DSpace itself.
