Hello,
You should've opted for a bridging configuration for dspace virtual machine 
instead of Host-Only and Natting and Port Fowarding. The later config 
should've worked if done right but Bridged Adapter is way better. Read

Why VirtualBox? Windows 10 Pro and most of recent Microsoft server OS's 
comes with it's own free Hypervisor ( Hyper-V).
