Hi Tuan, That appears to be a custom feature that someone built for an old version of DSpace. It was never in out-of-the-box DSpace (as it's not in the official DSpace 6 documentation at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC6x/DSpace+6.x+Documentation)
So, no, this doesn't exist in DSpace 7 out-of-the-box either. However, we welcome anyone to build new improvements to DSpace and contribute them back to a future version of DSpace.
