This feature is available at all times when you install DSpace 7.6. There
is no need to configure anything. It should appear under "Access Control"
-> "Bulk Access Management".
If it is not appearing, then it's possible either something is cached (try
a different browser or Incognito mod
Thanks, Tim. It turned out somehow the menu.resolver.ts was not updated. I
copied a fresh version and it is showing up now.
