"Cannot locate configuration source local.cfg" Your installed DSpace instance doesn't have a file at '[DSpace]/config/local.cfg'. The recommended way to configure DSpace 6 and up is to put all changes to the default configuration in that file, where they will override the defaults. The source kit contains '[DSpace-source]/dspace/config/local.cfg.EXAMPLE' which can be copied to '[DSpace-source]/dspace/config/local.cfg' and customized as needed. The installation process will copy it to the live location.
