i would like to configure dspace 6.3 to support more than one language.
(default english).
i need to add french and arabic. and let the users choose their default
user interface language.
how do i set it up?

how you configure the language support depends on your preferred UI
(XMLUI/JSPUI). An overview do you find in the documentation:
