1.4.1 patches on 1.4.1 and it builds OK.

in DC is indeed dc.identifier.bibliographicCitation
You likely have found this, but here are the "official" bibliographic

Robins solution worked. By assigning different ports to each handle
server they can run on the same server smoothly.
