1.Wanted to know is there a possibility for restrict certain menu Items
to particular administrator.
For example if we have two Administrator user1 and user2.
User1 would have al Admin rights
User 2 would only be able to see the particular menu Items on t

If I understand your question correctly, you should just be able to
click on "Browse by Title" for that Collection to get a count of the
total number of Items in a particular Collection.
