[Dspace-tech] change default locale

Hi all , i use dspace 4.x on debain *wheezy* i installed it with en as default locale then changed it to ar by setting default.locale = ar in dspace.cfg , i removed the tomcat cache and restart it but still read the en as a dspace default locale thanks, -
