[Dspace-tech] Dspace New Installation: can browse http://locahost/jspui but not with http://ipaddress/jspui

Hello, I have just install Dspace on windows 2008 server. All the installation went perfectly without error. I can browse using http://localhost/jspui but not with http://ipaddress/jspui. I turned firewall "off". Tried firewall "ON" with access to all ports. But still could not browse. Thank y
