I implemented a simple embargo as follows:
*. Setup the ingest workflow to specify an
embargo period in the 'dc:date available'
field.
*. Modify the dspace-api code so that
AuthorizeManager::authorize()
calls out to a checkEmbargo() method
to verify that an
