[Dspace-tech] Error after upgrading from 3.2 to 4.0

Hello, I'm getting the following error (below) after upgrading DSpace from version 3.2 to 4.0. I see a similar error when trying to access the xmlui. I followed all the steps written in the manual. Note that I successfully upgrade 1.8.x to 3.2 a few days ago. Thanks in advance for your help.
