[Dspace-tech] Handle plugins

I can't seem to get the handle links to work for my instance of Dspace, they just time out. From what I can tell, I installed and configured the handle server correctly on my Virtual RHEL 5 server. The handle-server.log has no errors after starting the handle server. UDP handle Request Listen
