This feature is available to allow community and collection
administrators to download a copy of their collection. This allows
them to take their content and move to another system if they wish, or
in one case we have here run a local DSpace instance with the
collection.

Please let me know the use of "Export Collection", "Export Community"
and "Export Item" fatures in Dspace 1.5.
