Thanks for the response. I checked with the stakeholder and unfortunately
there are items in the collection that will need to remain restricted, so
a global change is not an option.

A collection was unrestricted but the items in the collection are still
restricted. Looking around at the postgres tables and knowing the handle of the
items in question, can I just:
