Hi everyone,
I've put together a small webui patch which addresses the following things:
1. Moved the Version listing to underneath of the dspam logo.
2. Completely removed the #footer.
3. Fixed the navigation list to display correctly (correct use of css
(floats and clears)).

Looking at the script, it seems to force the value of $mail to the
specific user and then passes that variable to dspam. i.e. it is not
getting the value of $mail from dspam.
