If you temporarly disable using DSPAM does + detail work? If not I
would get that working first then move on the any issues you may have
with DSPAM.

I have trouble with the plused detail adressing with Dovecot in
combination with DSPAM.
Not sure if it's a Dovecot problem but I guess it's my DSPAM configuration.
