I changed to Mozilla FireFox last year and added ad-ons No Script and Ad Blocker - These effective remove the banner ads when I visit QRZ.com or any of the yahoo sites - no flashing lights, etc. I also use the companion Thunderbird mail client - and Open Office for spreadsheets, etc. On the dstar
