When linked to a reflector, and I transmit UR=CQCQCQ, the response back from
the local repeater is RPT ?, indicating that I did not reach the intended
Gateway. Since there is no intended gateway (UR=CQCQCQ) this response is
normal and expected.

The NR7SS repeater 440.325+, has been on the mountain for a couple of
weeks, but suffered some duplexer and antenna problems. Those were
corrected today and it seems to have a great signal in the Puget Sound
