I use a Magellan GPS320 (older receiver) and soldered a 3 wire hookup to pads
on the rear of the unit and feed the NMEA output from the GPS320 into my ID800.
Magellan offers a cable for hookup to external devices, but the unit was old
and I didn't feel like buying a cable. Also used an old
