Steve, thanks for your comments. You might have an IC-91 which has the
scanning problem corrected. If you want to test, here is what I have
found so far...
I set the analog side to scan 2 or 3 repeaters, all in the same bank.
I set the digital side not scanning to our D-Star repeater.
