I had this identical problem, a few times. I was using my ID-800 as a base station. I was transmitting on 441.0 MHz and heard the beeps and the radio stopped transmitting. Never happened on any other frequency. I mentioned it to one of the Icom Tech. guys. He had no comments. I dunno... Buddy M

I am using the ID800 and trying to set it up for DATA Transmission. I have the Icom Cable and using an MFJ USB to Serial adapter. The MFJ cable does work because I can use it for my ID91AD programming. The software I am using is D-Chat and have tried dRATS. The software does see the computer but
