I have direct an 18.7M AED Nakheel credit note available. It is transferrable only to Jumeirah Heights or Jumeirah Park and it has to be bought by the same buyer but can be broken up into smaller amounts for different properties in those developments. There is no cash injection required and it is available at a 45% discount net to the owner. I have it direct from the owner. Let me know if you have anyone interested.
