This should be a ready now hotel which actually does meet the criteria of five stars. The client is happy to provide a POF (proof of funds) at the earliest opportunity and we will be looking to review key information about the hotel to include: Revenues for the last 2 years at least Profit & loss information Occupancy rates (at least two years) Hotel composition - number of rooms, etc Facilities You should be a direct representative for the hotel and have the facility to execute the sale of the hotel.
