Please note that out direct clients (American couple, without kids, but with two cats and a small dog) are looking for Type 3M or 3E in Springs. Their budget is between AED 130k – 150k, one cheque, company payment but obviously they are looking for the best deal possible. Important is that the villa has a big landscaped garden and should preferably be close to park, pool and community centers.
