Does anyone know if one can hook up one of these (and if so, what do we
look for in specs) to a IIsi? Once, in an auction, I had inquired of the
seller and was told it would work only on Power PC macs.
I don't care about speed, but just want something that would go with the
old SCSI interface.
There is software that will work with 7.6.1. I don't know about
anything earlier.
Don't waste money on anything faster than a 2x. I seriously doubt the
IIsi could write even that fast.
I guess thats where a BurnProof burner comes in

I've burned on an SE/30, a IIci, a Duo 280, and a Performa 578. I used Toast
3.5.1, and Jam 2.5. The company states that the software has been tested on
030's on up. You are limited to burning at 2X max though.
