Hi everyone, I just purchased a 2300c and it came with two batteries. Neither of them seem to work, though. The duo works fine with the power supply, and one of the batteries seems to charge, but then if I pull out the power cord while it's on, the battery dies in about 15 seconds. I assum

It is a new computer to me, and a cable I've had for a while, but never used. I didn't realize they made a cable just for disk docking though, I thought the only things that turned the docking mode on were those little L shaped adapters with the switch on them. I will look around for another 30pin
