I wrote a while back about installing a new screen on my 2300c, and that it
was almost black (very dark, you could just barely make out the desktop).
After doing numerous adjustments, switching the bulb, inverter board etc. I
finally tried installing another screen which I knew to be functional.

I tried that additional measure with my 2300, but to no avail, the screen is
still black. Not totally, if you hold it under a bright light you can make

inverter board as suggested here, as well as the backlight bulb from the

Hi all,
I'm not sure if I should write this here, but I've been on this list for a

My problem is that about a month ago I agreed to buy something through
another list member, sent a money order for priority mailing, and ne

What system are you running on the 3400? I had a similar problem connecting
to my G4 with OSX and found that the IP numbers were not entered correctly.
When I used Network Utility to determine the correct IP I had no problem.
Hope that helps,

my old 7500, and more recently to my brother's iBook and had no problems.
But trying to connect to my G4 running OSX I keep getting a message that

Anyway, I have a 2300c with only 20MB ram, and I just bought a cheap 2300c
