Morning all, on a glorious Devon (UK) dawn.

Having sorted out both FireWire and USB PC cards, been trying to
instal La Cie's CDRW bundled Toast package - "Toast Lite 5.0.2L
Installer"

But the installer quits without explanation after language choice.
Quick glimpse of an installation dialog that immediately disappears
suggests it was looking for something - "searching hard drive..."

2400/180 48M+v/6G
MacOS 8.6

Calls/email to both LaCie and Roxio (Toast) not much help.
Anyone here succeeded in similar circumstances? Any suggestions?

Regards,

Marc
