Well, my friend and co-worker ran over my 2400. It's history, cracked case, cracked screen, won't boot, ect.... SO, he's offered to pay partially for it's replacement, and I sorta ballparked a value, but would like a better documented source for price valuation. Ebay is sorta shaky since there are not many listed... I checked this morning an there is only one for sale.
Ideally I'd like to show several that are currently for sale. I figured the unit was maybe worth 500 bucks (compu charger and battery only), but I'm not really sure. It's a stock 180mhz machine....80 megs and a 1.2 gig HD. I would like to replace it with another 2400 since I have a HUGE assortment of periperals, batteries, ac adapters, wireless card, jaz drive, etc...that will pretty much be worthless if I have to get an iBook. If not, it's all gotta go. thanks for your help, Mark ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
