Here is the latest: I downloaded the latest version of TechTool Lite and ran the PRAM blaster function. No change. To the shop it goes (not worth the risk opening the 2400 up if this thing is a good pram cleaner). I'll likely send it to DT&T as Jack recommended. Thanks for everybody's input. At
