If your talking about running it from the modem port (on the left side
looking at the back), use a standard RJ11 phone cable. If your speaking of
the serial/printer port (on the right side looking a the back) then you'll
need an external modem to plug into it.

The serial/modem port is for connecting to a LocalTalk network or a modem.
It's an either/or set up.
