PlusMaker is only needed to CONVERT Standard to Extended without removing
all the data, reformating, and replacing all the data.
I bought it after I replaced my first iMac's drive with a 17 GB. I had 5GB
free. After running PlusMaker and converting to Mac OS Extended, I had 12MB
free! Granted
Actually, it doesn't take t-h-a-t long. It does take a while, but it's worth running
PlusMaker.
